What's New?

CCS Whole Child Model Information
Starting July 1st, the Alliance will coordinate your child’s CCS services instead of your County CCS program. That means the Alliance will coordinate all of your child’s health care. The only exception is the Medical Therapy Program. If your child receives Medical Therapy services, your County CCS program will continue to provide them. Click here for more information.

Change to Alliance Member ID Card
If you recently changed your PCP or asked for a new member ID card, you may have noticed it looks and feels different than your old one. We changed the type of material the card is made of. The new card is lighter. It’s also water resistant and won’t rip or tear. All the information on the card is the same. Both cards still work the same so if you have the old card you don’t need to ask for a new one.

For Medi-Cal members only:
The Alliance now offers
Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) if you are having trouble getting to and from covered health care services.
For more information or to see if you qualify, please call our Transportation Coordinator line at 1-800-700-3874 ext. 5577. Members requesting NMT need to have provider’s name, office appointment address and phone number ready when calling for assistance at least 7 business days before the appointment.

Welcome to Member Services, your first step in learning about your Alliance benefits and how to get services. We have offices in Santa Cruz, Monterey and Merced counties. Our representatives speak English, Spanish and Hmong.

Please call us Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at
1-800-700-3874 if you would like more information or if you have questions.
