Welcome to Member Services, your first step in learning about your Alliance benefits and how to get services. We have offices in Santa Cruz, Monterey and Merced counties. Our representatives speak English, Spanish and Hmong.

Please call us Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at

If you or your child is sick or have medical questions, call the Alliance Nurse Advice Line. The service is available to our members 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A registered nurse is ready to answer your health care questions and help you with what to do next.
